Program Overview:
This program is designed to equip members with the knowledge, skills, and connections needed to succeed in today’s evolving job market. It focuses on increasing awareness of diverse career opportunities while providing access to valuable tools, guidance, and resources that support career readiness and professional growth. Through interactive learning experiences, members will build essential networking skills, learn how to effectively market themselves, and develop strategies for navigating career transitions. The program also emphasizes the power of community by helping participants connect with mentors, peers, and local resources, enabling them to maximize relationships and create meaningful professional pathways.

Speakers:
Stefanie Pitt
Stefanie Pitt is the Director of Information Technology Recruitment Services at System One, where she brings a deep passion for helping professionals navigate and elevate their career journeys. Since joining System One (and its former company, The Rowland Group) in July 2015, Stefanie has been dedicated to building meaningful connections between top technology talent and organizations that need them most. Prior to entering the staffing industry, Stefanie spent more than a decade in nonprofit leadership, an experience that continues to shape her purpose‑driven approach to recruitment. Her work is fueled by a genuine belief that recruiting is not just about filling roles—it’s about empowering individuals, opening doors, and helping others achieve long‑term career success.
Stefanie holds a Master’s degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor’s degree in Family Relations and Child Development from Oklahoma State University. Extending her commitment to ethical leadership and service, she currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Ethics Consortium.
Laura O’Connor
Laura O’Connor is the Senior IT Recruitment Manager at System One, where she leads strategic talent acquisition initiatives across the technology sector. With deep expertise in sourcing high‑impact technical professionals, she partners with organizations to build strong, future‑ready teams. Known for her analytical approach and commitment to candidate experience, Laura drives recruitment strategies that align talent with business growth.
Brady Dolan
Brady Dolan is an IT Recruitment Manager at System One, where he specializes in connecting top-tier technology talent with organizations across a wide range of industries. He is driven by a people-first mindset and brings a relationship-focused approach to recruiting, emphasizing trust, transparency, and long-term career alignment. Based in Oklahoma, Brady has built strong recruiting expertise across the Tulsa and surrounding markets. Known for his ability to understand both technical skill sets and business needs, he serves as a strategic partner to clients and candidates alike. Brady is passionate about helping professionals grow their careers while helping companies build high-performing IT teams.
