Speaker:
Terraca Goolsby is a seasoned technology and project management leader with more than 26 years of experience spanning the banking, telecommunications, and healthcare industries. Originally from Anchorage, Alaska, where she spent over four decades and led the Project Management Office for the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium, Terraca relocated to Tulsa in August 2022 through the Tulsa Remote Program to pursue new professional opportunities. She joined BOKF, Bank of Oklahoma Finance, on July 1, 2024, and currently serves as Vice President and Senior IT Project Manager III, bringing a strong track record of delivering complex initiatives with precision and impact. In addition to her corporate leadership role, Terraca is the founder and CEO of GITPD, Getting IT Projects Done, where she focuses on helping teams successfully deliver IT projects and exceed expected results. A passionate advocate for modern ways of working, she will be presenting on the strategic partnership between artificial intelligence and project management.
