Speaker: Jessica Blake is the founder of Blake Consulting Group, launched in 2018, where she leads ISO and Lean/Continuous Improvement projects for a wide range of clients. She is a PMP-certified engineering project manager with a master’s degree in engineering management and deep experience across the manufacturing and oil & gas industries. Known for getting complex projects “unstuck,” Jessica combines strong technical expertise with people-centered leadership. She is trained in Clifton Strengths facilitation through Gallup and is a Certified Professional Coach, enabling her to effectively motivate individuals and align teams toward measurable results.
