Topic: Working Together: Relationship Strategies

Join your colleagues for a dynamic and engaging session: Working Together: Relationship Strategies. Based on the work of Dr. Tony Alessandra, this interactive workshop uses a fun and easy-to-understand model to enhance both professional and personal relationships.

Participants will discover their “bird type”—Dove, Owl, Peacock, or Eagle—highlighting the idea that birds of a feather work better together. By exploring what energizes and stresses each style, as well as recognizing key differences and commonalities, you'll gain valuable insights into improving communication and collaboration with others.

Key Takeaways:

  • Discover your own behavioral style and how to recognize the styles of those around you.
  • Learn how to flex your communication approach to better connect with others.
  • Understand that personality is as unique as a fingerprint—no two styles are exactly alike.
  • See how behavior influences a person's needs, motivations, and expectations.
