Join us for Happy Hour, Networking and hear from Jessica Kinsey on how today's workplace often consists of employees from multiple generations, each bringing unique values, communication styles, and work preferences. Understanding these differences is key to building effective, collaborative teams that enhance productivity and retention. This session will explore how generational perspectives shape communication and leadership styles and how fostering a culture of respect and adaptability can strengthen teamwork across all employees, no matter their differences.

Jessica Kinsey is a facilitator, strategist and creative thinker who believes that the right space allows people to show up as their best selves and reach their highest potential. She works with nonprofits, change makers, and leaders of all kinds helping them collaborate, innovate and execute to make the world and work a better place. She has corporate and entrepreneurial experience, thrives when solving problems, and dislikes the phrase “we’ve always done it that way”. She holds a degree in finance and received her MBA from the University of Tulsa.
